Free high-speed wireless Internet connection is also accessible on the first and second floor common areas, including the lounge and waiting areas. The signal is also accessible in the sterile area beyond the screening checkpoint.
All that is needed to connect with the Internet in the terminal is a wireless network card for the laptop computer. Both major types of cards, 802.11B and 802.11G, will work. The Internet signal name is Lafayette Regional Airport and the speed of the Internet connection is one (1) gbps. A firewall protects users of the airport’s Internet connection.
Free usage of a 110V charging table is located within the airport’s sterile area. Use it to charge your electronic equipment while waiting for your flight. The New LFT Terminal has charging stations built into all Gate seats and chairs in the Passenger Greeting area.
