Award Rules – Fly Lafayette Club Monthly Prize Winner

The Fly Lafayette Club (FLC) holds drawings for prizes monthly. Winners are chosen randomly from members who have registered a flight from Lafayette Regional Airport (LFT) through the airport terminal kiosk in the past month. Prizes awarded to our monthly winners are redeemable for the prize awarded.

Eligibility:

• Contest is open to persons 21 years of age or older.
• No purchase necessary to enter or win.

Prize Drawing:

• Winner is drawn from members of the Fly Lafayette Club (FLC) who have registered a flight from Lafayette Regional Airport through the airport terminal kiosk in the past month.
• All national, state and local laws/regulations are applicable. All taxes (including income taxes) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• Lafayette Regional Airport, the Lafayette Airport Commission and their representatives are acting in good faith that prizes awarded will be available as described by sponsors. However, in the event of circumstances outside of control of the Airport, Commission and their representatives, prizes are not guaranteed to be as described or available.  In the event a prize cannot be delivered, an alternative prize may be substituted with the choice of that awarded left to the airport or its designated representative.
• Awards must be redeemed within twelve (12) months or sooner as dictated by prize award winners.

Winner Notification:

• Winner will be contacted at the email address used to register for the Fly Lafayette Club.

Agreement to Rules:

• By accepting this prize, the winner agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and represents and warrants that he/she meets the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, the winner agrees to accept the decisions by Lafayette Regional Airport, as final and binding as it relates to the contest.
• No cash substitution is permitted. Cash value of the prize is $1.00.
• Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission for Lafayette Regional Airport and SIDES & Associates to use the winner’s name, likeness and entry for purposes of Lafayette Regional Airport and Fly Lafayette Club advertising and promotion without further compensation.

Waiver of Rights:

• By entering this drawing, participants agree to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error in these official rules, or the drawing itself and agree to be bound by these official rules and by all decisions of Lafayette Regional Airport and its representatives whose decisions are final.

Dispute Resolution:

• Participant waives any and all rights, including legal remedies, beyond a good faith effort on the part of Lafayette Regional Airport to provide the prize or other compensation as it solely determines appropriate. Further, in any dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain monetary awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
